Yashvi holds a Whole Foods Nutrition certification, reflecting her commitment to using food as a foundational pillar of health. Wellness Zen is deeply influenced by Yashvi’s own experience living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Navigating PCOS firsthand gave her insight into the physical, emotional, and lifestyle challenges that often accompany the condition.
This lived experience, combined with her Whole Food Nutrition certification and ongoing chiropractic training, shapes a grounded and compassionate approach to PCOS-focused wellness. At Wellness Zen, support centers on sustainable nutrition, structured routines, and lifestyle strategies designed to complement medical care and promote long-term balance—without extremes or quick fixes.

Yashvi holds a certification in Sports Science and Human Performance, providing a strong foundation in biomechanics, exercise physiology, and performance-based training principles. This education informs a structured approach to movement that prioritizes efficiency, injury prevention, and long-term physical resilience.
Through Wellness Zen, this certification supports the development of individualized movement and training strategies that are adaptable to different fitness levels and lifestyles.
